While we make every effort to assist our clients in securing admission and visas, it is important to note that the final authority for admission rests with the university and the final authority for visas rests with the embassy or consulate.
We do not guarantee admission or visas, as these decisions are ultimately determined by the respective authorities. Our role is to increase the probability of admission and visa success through our services.

3. Fee Structure

Our consultancy fee is divided into two installments. The first installment is payable for admission assistance, and the second installment is payable for visa assistance. The fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
The consultancy fee does not guarantee admission or visas; it is compensation for the time and effort we dedicate to assisting our clients throughout the admission and visa process.

4. Limitation of Liability

Pak Euro Links shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses incurred by clients in connection with the use of our services, including but not limited to unsuccessful admission or visa applications.
We shall not be held responsible for any delays, cancellations, or refusals by embassies or consulates in granting appointments or visas, as these are beyond our control.

5. Modification of Services

Pak Euro Links reserves the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of our consultancy services without prior notice. We may also update these terms and conditions from time to time, and it is the responsibility of clients to review them periodically for any changes.
